A little while ago I purchased a few swimsuits from MatteCollection.com. I had wanted to do a haul post immediately, but I was a little self-conscious. Finally, after a couple months of intense exercise, I feel better, physically, but mostly emotionally. I am ready to embrace my body in these swimsuits!
The first swimsuit is the Elijah Bikini in a size Large. I really do love this one! I wish the bottoms were high-waisted, and I did have to take the pads out of the bikini top. Other than that, I feel good in this one! I love the bright colours, and the style is new for me. I’m unsure how this would fare after diving or a cannon-ball into the pool, but it is definitely stylish, and good for poolside lounging!
The next swimsuit is the Adonis Bikini in size Large. This one is amazing! I really love the print, and how the bottom ties at the waist. There is also support in the top, without it being uncomfortable (I usually hate underwire). In parts of it you can see the white lining on the outside, but that is a small flaw I’m willing to live with! I would also feel more comfortable swimming in this one for sure!
The third swimsuit is the Oscar Bikini in size Large. I am very unsure about this one. It can look beautiful, but if I’m not standing in the perfect pose it’s seriously unflattering and impractical. The front buckle comes apart if I take a step, and a white bikini is a little ridiculous in all honesty. The top is far too narrow, so I will either be serving under boob or nipple. I’m not mad about the pictures, but I will most likely never wear this swimsuit in public.
This last swimsuit is probably my favourite! It’s the Kai One Piece in size Large. It is so bright and unique! I really love the shape and coverage! I can’t help but dance in this one!
Overall, I would recommend the website. The swimsuits are unique and SUPER AFFORDABLE! Peace and love, and remember: Black Lives Matter!
